By accessing and using the Portolabs Affiliate Program, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

The Portolabs Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting our products and services. As an affiliate, you will receive a unique affiliate link to track sales and commissions.

Commission rates and payment terms are subject to change with 30 days notice. Current commission structures are available in your affiliate dashboard.

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote our products in a professional and ethical manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or fraudulent activities
• Disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines
• Not bid on our trademarked terms in paid search campaigns
• Not create misleading or false representations about our products

Commissions are calculated based on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns) generated through your affiliate links. Commission rates may vary by product and are clearly displayed in your dashboard.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods
• Self-referrals or purchasing through your own affiliate links
• Trademark bidding in search engines
• Coupon or cashback sites without prior approval
• Email marketing to unsolicited recipients
• Adult, illegal, or offensive content in promotional materials

You may use our approved marketing materials, logos, and product images for promotional purposes only. You may not modify these materials without written permission. All intellectual property rights remain with Portolabs.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using our affiliate links and marketing materials. Outstanding commissions for legitimate sales will be paid according to our standard payment schedule.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.

Portolabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the affiliate program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
